Music Together® Mixed-Age Classes at Music Together Tiny Tunes bring babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and the grownups who love them^® together each week for 45 minutes of joyful, play-based family music making. Guided by a trained Music Together teacher, families sing, dance, move, play instruments, and connect through music in a warm and welcoming environment. From gentle lullabies to energetic instrument jams, every class is designed to be fun while supporting children’s natural musical growth and overall development.

Our Mixed-Age classes are carefully designed for children from birth to age 5 because research shows that children learn best in a family-style setting with mixed ages. Babies observe, listen, vocalize, and explore sounds; toddlers experiment, move, and play; while preschoolers build confidence and leadership skills as role models for younger children. Every child participates at their own developmental level, creating a rich, inclusive, and engaging musical experience for the whole family.

Families receive access to the award-winning Music Together music used in class, along with illustrated songbooks and online resources so the music-making continues at home throughout the week. Through the Family Portal, parents can also access colouring pages, musical activities, and instrument-making ideas that extend learning and fun beyond the classroom. No musical experience is needed—just a willingness to sing, move, and enjoy music together.
