Merve is a lifelong musician and award-winning educator who believes that every child is born with a song in their heart. Her musical   journey began in elementary school choirs and led her to a prestigious Fine Arts High School, where she mastered the flute and   piano.

Merve’s academic excellence earned her a 100% merit scholarship to Yaşar University, where she graduated Valedictorian (First Place) of the Art Department. After moving to Canada in 2018, she spent six years in Vancouver as a dedicated flute and piano instructor and early childhood music teacher, sharing her love for classical music with students of all ages.

In 2024, Merve’s life changed when she became a mother. After joining Music Together^® as a "Music Mom" with her son, she was so inspired by the joy and connection the program brought to her own family that she decided to make it her career focus.

Now settled in Calgary, Merve is thrilled to bring her world-class expertise and her heart as a mom to Music Together Calgary. She can’t wait to meet you on the floor mat, share a few laughs, and help your family discover the magic of making music together!

Today, Music Together Tiny Tunes offers classes 3 days a week at locations in Calgary, serving children and families from throughout the CKE Community Center SW and Trico Center For Family Wellnes SE and Edgemont Comunity Center NW locations..
